On May 31st the Hawk School held a combination Mountain Workout (7th annual hosted by Sensei Paul) and a Kyu promotion (hosted by the Blackbelt council) AND a review of Brown and Blackbelts!

A pretty rare occurrence in our School indeed. As the Mountain Workout is a small gathering it provided some great training opportunities as well.
